FstPay Disclaimer – Read This Before You Trade
This page explains in plain language what fstpay.net is and is not responsible for. Please read it once before using the app or following any guide on this website.
← Back to the FstPay Guide1. General Disclaimer
All information published on fstpay.net — including guides, tables, fee summaries, and FAQ answers — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. We work hard to keep it accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every detail will always be complete, current, or error-free.
The FstPay app, its features, fees, and policies are controlled by its developers and can change at any time without notice. When in doubt, always check what the app itself states before making any decision. Our guides are reviewed regularly, but the app may update faster than our review cycle.
2. No Financial, Legal or Tax Advice
Nothing on this website is financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or tax advice of any kind. We are not licensed financial advisors, brokers, or legal professionals, and we are not registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) or the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
Token trading involves questions about money, risk, taxation, and legality that are specific to each individual's situation. Before you trade, deposit, or withdraw any amount, consider consulting a qualified professional. You alone are responsible for the decisions you make based on the information you read here.
3. Earnings Disclaimer – No Guaranteed Income
Any figure mentioned on this website — referral commissions, milestone bonuses, trade percentages — comes directly from the app's stated terms. It is what the app offers, not what any user will earn. Actual results depend on trading activity, market movement, referral network growth, and many factors we cannot control.
Be suspicious of any website that promises guaranteed daily income or fixed returns from any trading app. Those claims are always a sign of a scam. If a guide anywhere tells you that you will earn a fixed amount, do not trust it.
4. Our Relationship with the FstPay App
fstpay.net is an independent information resource. We are not the developers, owners, or operators of the FstPay app. We do not host the app, run its servers, or process any user funds or payments.
This means we cannot reset your password, process or speed up withdrawals, resolve trade disputes, change your referral code or balance, or provide official customer support for the app. All of those functions belong exclusively to the app's in-app support system. Any "customer care number" found online claiming to be FstPay support is fake — report it instead of calling it.
5. Regulatory Status
FstPay is not registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) or the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). Tokens traded on the platform are not SEBI-regulated securities. Payments move through UPI, which is operated by banks under standard UPI rules, but the platform itself is not a regulated financial institution.
Whether trading tokens is legal or suitable for you depends on your own circumstances, location, and risk tolerance. We make no representation about the legality of token trading in any particular jurisdiction. Please do your own research and take professional advice where needed.
6. Trading & Market Risk
Token trading carries real financial risk. Token prices can rise or fall sharply and without warning. On a P2P platform, trades also depend on the honesty of the person on the other side of the order.
Price risk: Your tokens can lose value at any time with no warning.
Counterparty risk: The other user may delay, dispute, or fail to complete a trade honestly.
Payment risk: Edited screenshots and fake payment confirmations exist — always verify in your own UPI app before releasing tokens.
Liquidity risk: There may not always be a buyer at your price when you want to sell.
By using the app, you accept these risks. We strongly recommend reading the User Safety Guide before your first trade and starting with small amounts until you understand the platform.
7. UPI & Payment Disclaimer
All payments in the FstPay app move directly between users via UPI. fstpay.net is not a party to any transaction, does not act as an escrow, and does not receive, hold, or transfer any money on behalf of users at any time.
We cannot guarantee that any buyer or seller will behave honestly, and we cannot refund money lost in a P2P trade. If a payment goes wrong, the app's in-app appeal system is the correct channel to raise a dispute. UPI itself is operated by banks and subject to their terms, service availability, and processing times.
8. External Links & Third-Party Content
This website links to the official FstPay Telegram channel and to pages within fstpay.net. We include these links because we believe they are useful to our readers. We do not control third-party websites, Telegram groups, or apps.
Once you leave fstpay.net, their own privacy policies, terms, and security practices apply. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or safety of any external site, and a link here is not an endorsement of everything that appears on that site.
9. Accuracy of Information
We review and update this website regularly and correct verified errors as soon as we find them. Even so, information may become outdated between updates. Details that change frequently — such as minimum withdrawals, commission percentages, and referral bonuses — are labelled "as per app terms" on purpose. Where a fact cannot be verified, we say so clearly instead of guessing.
If you spot an error or outdated information, please tell us through the Contact page and we will fix it promptly.
10. App Download & Installation
Installing an app from outside the Google Play Store requires enabling "Install unknown apps" on your Android device. This is a standard process for apps distributed directly from their official website. Always download only from fstpay.net — never from a link shared on Telegram, WhatsApp, or YouTube.
Verify the app name and icon read "FstPay" after installation. Keep the app updated by installing the latest version from the website. Installing any app is your own choice and you do so at your own risk.
11. Your Responsibility as a User
Using this website and the FstPay app is your decision, and with it comes personal responsibility:
Read before you act — including this Disclaimer, the Privacy Policy, and the User Safety Guide.
Verify every payment in your own UPI or bank app before releasing tokens. Never trust a screenshot sent by a buyer.
Never share your OTP, password, or UPI PIN with anyone, under any circumstances.
Never pay anyone to "activate", "unlock", or "verify" anything — that is a scam in every case.
Trade only with money you can afford to lose, and always start with small amounts.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fstpay.net and its editorial team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage — including financial loss, lost profits, or data loss — arising from your use of this website, the information it contains, or the FstPay app.
This includes losses from failed trades, disputed payments, tokens losing value, blocked accounts, or app malfunctions. You use this website and any linked app entirely at your own risk. Nothing in this Disclaimer creates any contractual relationship between you and this website.
13. Copyright & Intellectual Property

You may not copy entire pages, republish our guides in full, or use our content to build competing or clone websites. The FstPay name and logo are used here for identification purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.
