Privacy Policy – How We Handle Your Information
This page explains in plain language what information fstpay.net collects, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the rights you have over your own data. No legal jargon — just clear, honest answers.
← Back to the FstPay Guide1. Who This Policy Applies To
This Privacy Policy covers the fstpay.net website only — the independent educational guide you are reading right now. It does not cover the FstPay app itself, its servers, or how the app developers handle your data. The app operates under its own separate terms, which we do not control.
This website does not handle payments of any kind. We never ask for your UPI PIN, OTP, bank account number, or password. Any page or person asking for those details in our name is a fraudster — report it through our Contact page immediately.
By continuing to use this website, you agree to the practices described here. If you disagree with any part of this policy, please stop using the site.
2. What Information We Collect
We keep data collection to the absolute minimum needed to run a helpful website. In practice, we collect three categories of information:
Information you give us voluntarily. When you contact us through the Contact Us page, we receive your name, email address, and the message you write. We use this only to reply to your query.
Automatic technical information. Like every website, our servers record basic details when a page loads — your device type, browser name, operating system, pages visited, approximate time spent, and a country-level location derived from your IP address. This data is aggregated and anonymous — it does not identify you as an individual.
Cookie information. We use small text files called cookies to remember basic preferences and understand how readers use the site. Full details are in Section 4 below.
We do not collect your mobile number, bank account details, UPI ID, or any financial information through this website. There is no login system and no registration form on fstpay.net.
3. How We Use Your Information
Everything we collect serves one of four clear purposes. We never use data in ways not described here:
To respond to your queries. Contact form messages are used to answer your question, fix website errors, or document scam reports you send us — nothing more.
To improve our content. Aggregated reading patterns show us which guides help people and which sections confuse them, so we can write better and more useful guides.
To keep the site secure. Technical logs help us detect attacks, abuse, and attempts to spread malware through fake pages that impersonate fstpay.net.
To understand our audience at a broad level. Country and device data helps us make the site load faster and display better on Indian Android phones — the devices most of our readers use.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with anyone, for any purpose, ever.
4. Cookies & Analytics
A cookie is a tiny text file your browser stores when you visit a website. Cookies are not programs and cannot harm your device or steal your data on their own. We use them for two reasons only:
Basic functionality. Remembering preferences so pages feel consistent between visits — for example, keeping track of which language or display preferences you have selected.
Anonymous analytics. Understanding which sections readers find useful, how long they stay on a page, and which devices they use. This data is completely aggregated — we cannot see who visited, only broad patterns across all visitors.
How to control or block cookies: You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. On Android, open your browser app → Settings → Privacy → Cookies. Blocking cookies will not stop fstpay.net from working — you may simply see more generic content in some areas.
5. Third-Party Links & External Services
Our pages link to a small number of external services. Each has its own privacy rules, which we encourage you to read independently:
Telegram. The official FstPay community channel is operated by Telegram. Joining it means your Telegram activity is handled under Telegram's own privacy policy, which we do not control.
Google Fonts. We load the Poppins typeface from Google's servers. This may result in a standard request log at Google's end, as described in Google's privacy policy.
UPI and bank apps. When you complete a payment inside the FstPay app, that transaction is handled entirely by your bank and the UPI network — never by this website.
Once you leave fstpay.net, this Privacy Policy no longer applies. We have no control over external sites or services.
6. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We share information only in the narrow cases below, and never for commercial gain:
Website service providers. Hosting and analytics companies that help operate the site process technical logs under strict confidentiality obligations. They do not receive or use your personal contact details.
Legal requirements. If a court, regulator, or law enforcement authority legally requires specific records, we will comply to the extent required under Indian law and notify you wherever permitted.
Scam documentation. If you send us a scam report, we may publish the scam's details — website names, group names, fraud patterns — in our User Safety guide to warn other users. We never publish your personal contact information.
That is the complete list. We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers, or the FstPay app developers.
7. How We Protect Your Information
Encrypted connection. fstpay.net is served entirely over HTTPS, which encrypts all data travelling between your device and our servers.
Minimal collection. The less we collect, the less there is to protect. We deliberately avoid collecting financial or sensitive personal data from visitors.
Restricted access. Only the editorial team can access contact messages and site logs, and only when needed to answer queries or maintain the site.
Regular reviews. Our security practices are reviewed alongside content updates to catch any gaps.
No website can guarantee 100% security against all possible threats — not us, not Google, not your bank. But keeping our data surface area small is the most honest protection we can offer.
8. How Long We Keep Information
Contact messages. Deleted within 12 months of the conversation ending, unless a scam report needs to remain documented for community protection — in which case personal details are removed first.
Technical logs. Aggregated analytics are retained for up to 26 months in line with standard practice. Raw server logs are rotated and deleted automatically on a shorter schedule.
Cookies. Most expire within 30 days. Session-based cookies disappear when you close your browser.
When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised so it can never be linked back to any individual visitor.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Under Indian data protection principles, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights:
Send your request through the Contact Us page with the subject "Privacy Request". Include only the information needed to identify your query — never your OTP, password, or UPI PIN. We respond within 30 days and there is no charge for any privacy request.
You may also stop using the site at any time or disable cookies through your browser settings. These choices are always yours to make.
10. Children's Privacy
fstpay.net is intended for adults aged 18 and above who are evaluating trading apps for themselves. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and our content about earnings, referrals, and token trading is not directed at minors.
If you believe a child has submitted personal information through our contact form, please notify us immediately through the Contact page. We will delete that information as soon as we verify the request.
11. Your Data Inside the FstPay App
This is the question readers ask most often, so it deserves a direct answer. When you register, trade, or withdraw inside the FstPay app, you are sharing data with the app's developers and your bank — not with this website.
fstpay.net is an independent guide. We do not receive your account details, trade history, wallet balance, or any other data generated inside the app. We cannot access these even if you ask us to. For any questions about how the app handles your personal data, use the in-app support chat — only the app's own team can answer those questions accurately.
12. Changes to This Policy
We update this policy when our practices change or when the law requires it. When we make a significant change, we update the date in this document. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version. If you disagree with a change, you are always free to stop using the site.
